OUR PREPARATION
As experienced trainers and coaches, we know how important it is to understand you, your organization and your industry long before you walk in the door. That’s why we strongly believe in doing our homework. Before your first session, we analyze your communication strengths and weaknesses. We interview you about challenging issues and potential obstacles. We review recordings, examine news clips, analyze speeches and critique PowerPoint presentations. By the time your session begins, we know you and your challenges.

OUR SESSIONS
We make our sessions highly interactive, extremely practical and just plain fun. We include group discussions and role-playing, individualized workbooks, frequent recordings of on-camera practice simulations and constructive critiques of each performance.

OUR FOLLOW UP
At The Communication Center®, our commitment to you goes far beyond an actual training session. We offer post-training counseling and continuous support including access to our Communication Hotline, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With ten expert trainers around the country, we can be where you need us, when you need us.
